My Airbnb wish list, part 1.

All roads lead to a deck chair with a view.

Is anyone else a serial Airbnb saver? After years of trawling, I have come to realise that most of the properties I have saved are located near bodies of water. Whether it's a pool or a patio with a sea view, I like to think of it as window shopping for a holiday. I imagine myself sprawled across the balcony, cutting up perfectly ripe peaches in the kitchen, or strolling down to the shoreline, towels underarm, just steps from our bedroom.

I hope this list inspires a little vacation dreaming…..

ITALY

Sicily—Lipari. A literal postcard. This has been on my wish list since the dawn of time. I hope to one day make it for aperitivo with this view, those blue tiles, and the fireplace detail.
